What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery as long as the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.
Just send us an email at support@ddhswreath.coml with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. We’ll guide you through the steps.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping. If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover the cost.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange my wreath for a different one?
Yes, as long as the item is in its original condition and still in stock. Just reach out and we’ll help you arrange it!
Do I need the original packaging to return an item?
Yes, we ask that all returns be sent back in their original packaging to keep the item protected in transit.
